DECLARATION
Les organisations soussignées, représentatives des luttes des peuples basque, catalan et corse, déclarent solennellement :
- que les droits culturels, économiques, sociaux et politiques de leurs peuples sont inaliénables ;
- qu’ils ne peuvent s’exprimer pleinement qu’à travers une souveraineté pleine et entière : l’indépendance nationale ;
- que les conflits armés existants ne peuvent trouver d' issue qu’à travers un dialogue conduisant à une solution négociée politique qui garantisse l’exercice du droit des peuples à disposer d’eux mêmes ;
Elles affirment leur engagement pour obtenir le respect des droits nationaux de leurs peuples.

Statement
The subscribing organizations, representative of the fights of the Basque, Catalan and Corsican people, solemnly declare :
- That the cultural, economical, social, political rights of our people are inalienable ;
- That they can totally express themselves only through an entire sovereignty : national independence ;
- That the existing armed struggles can only be resolved by a discussion leading to a negotiated solution which would guarantee the right of people to decide for themselves.
They affirm their involvement to obtain the respect of the national rights of our people.
